How to Participate:
Browse through the schedule to find the classes you wish to enter.
Click on the desired class.
If using a mobile device, scroll down below your entry details to review the class criteria. Understanding these criteria is crucial to maximize your chances of success.
After reviewing the criteria, fill in all required information, including the full name of the owner and pet, and upload an image that meets the criteria. Then, add the class to your cart.
Repeat the above steps for each class you wish to enter.
Once you're ready, click on the cart icon or select "Go to Checkout."
You'll be directed to the checkout page. Enter your email and select "Checkout." Make sure to read and agree to our "Terms & Conditions."
Provide accurate shipping details as they will be used to send your items.
Proceed to continue and select the "Free Shipping" option. International competitors will receive an invoice for shipping costs after the show, depending on the parcel's weight and size.
On the payment screen, you can pay for your entries via PayPal or Card.
After payment, we'll upload your photos within three working days/ before the show begins judging.
Sit back, relax, and await the results! If you win, we'll have your address on file, and rosettes will be shipped accordingly.
Shipping Information:
UK postage is free and will be sent using 2nd Class Royal Mail or a similar service. International competitors will be invoiced for shipping costs, which vary based on parcel weight and size. Options for tracked or economy shipping are available.
Costs and Prizes:
Entry fees are typically £3.50 per class, with some exceptions. Rosettes are awarded from 1st to 10th place in all classes, with potential bonus specials in larger classes. First-place winners receive prizes, vouchers, discounts, or free entries from our sponsors. Additional postage charges may apply for these prizes.
Championships:
First and second-place winners in each class will be eligible for Ring Championships. These champions will then compete for Supreme and Reserve Supreme Champion titles. All champions and reserves will be considered for the End of Year Ring Champion awards.
Free Entries:
We offer a free class with every two paid entries (£3.50 classes excluding charity classes). Additionally, our Second Chance class is free for those who didn't place with two paid entries in the previous month.
Judging Process:
We utilize a blend of in-house judges judges follow strict criteria outlined in the entry form. The judge's decision is final.
Special Notes:
Certain classes may have specific criteria, such as mobile phone-only submissions or restrictions on images. Please review the guidelines carefully before submitting your entries.
We also host an Online Horse Show. Combined shipping is available for participants entering both shows, offering savings for international entrants.
