Judges are drawn to images with strong seasonal atmosphere, balance and narrative. Frost, light, texture or colour may define the image. Photos should feel polished and visually striking, the kind of image suitable for a printed calendar. Scenes might be snowy, frosty or even muddy, as long as they capture a distinctive December feeling.

Professional photography credit can be included alongside your entry name.

TOP TIP: If collages are allowed, they can be useful, but aim to use up to 10 images to avoid overcrowding.
