FREE ENTRY CLAIMS
Single Claim Only (per eligibility)
CLAIM INFORMATION
Available to exhibitors who won a free entry in last month’s show, have a valid loyalty card entry, or won an entry via a competition. Eligible competitors must submit their entry using this form within the valid timeframe.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Entries won in last month’s show do not carry over and will not be awarded if not claimed before the deadline
• Only one loyalty card entry may be claimed per month
• Free entries for not placing may only be claimed if none of your entries were placed at all; please note a placement includes specials
• Entries cannot be claimed on behalf of another person
• All details entered must exactly match the information held on record for the entry to be uploaded
• Please read the rules for the relevant class before submitting; images that do not meet criteria will be refused
Failure to comply with any of the above will result in the entry being automatically refused.
